Crunchy choco coated Nougat with hazelnuts

Our nougat belongs to Langhe tradition, a rich, unique land to which Antica Torroneria Piemontese is strictly linked. Honey, sugar, and lots of hazelnuts are the ingredients for the recipe of our crunchy nougat with hazelnuts – product made exclusively from “Nocciola Piemonte PGI”- coated in the best extradark chocolate. We wrap it in a wonderful, red paper like a candy. A moment of natural swetness.

A slow cooking and a few selected ingredients characterize our crunchy nougat with hazelnuts.
We combine the clear, fragrant honey with glucose, which makes it more crunchy, and we cook it at ‘bain-marie’ for a whole morning; to the soft mixture then we add the precious Piedmont hazelnuts selected and roasted by us at the right point. Their intense aroma blends perfectly with the dough, giving it a pleasant crunchiness.
Once it is baked, we process it hot and pack it by hand in fashionable packaging.
