Crunchy Small Nougat

A prescription and a processing method that have been handed down for generations to get a goodness donefew, but excellent raw material.
With hazelnut we make them crumbly, crumbly covered with chocolate and tender, but there are also the tender almond and pistachio to satisfy all tastes.

A slow cooking and a few selected ingredients characterize our crunchy nougat with hazelnuts.
We combine the clear, fragrant honey with glucose, which makes it more crunchy, and we cook it at ‘bain-marie’ for a whole morning; to the soft mixture then we add the precious Piedmont hazelnuts selected and roasted by us at the right point. Their intense aroma blends perfectly with the dough, giving it a pleasant crunchiness.
Once it is baked, we process it hot and pack it by hand in fashionable packaging.
