Crunchy Nougat with hazelnuts “Le Langhe”

Langhe, land rich in history, art and culture. They have famous wines, but also an extraordinary gastronomic heritage like the hazelnuts Tonda Gentile delle Langhe. It is from this one that Antica Torroneria Piemontese takes inspiration put it together with other ingredients to create a recipe which becomes a brand: the Nougat. Here, “le Langhe” line, we can find: crunchy nougat with hazelnuts -product made exclusively with Nocciola Piemonte PGI-, crunchy nougat with almonds, soft one with hazelnuts and almonds and soft nougat with hazelnuts and almonds coated with pure extradark chocolate! TORRONE FRIABILE CON NOCCIOLE
A slow cooking and a few selected ingredients characterize our crunchy nougat with hazelnuts.
We combine the clear, fragrant honey with glucose, which makes it more crunchy, and we cook it at ‘bain-marie’ for a whole morning; to the soft mixture then we add the precious Piedmont hazelnuts selected and roasted by us at the right point. Their intense aroma blends perfectly with the dough, giving it a pleasant crunchiness.
Once it is baked, we process it hot and pack it by hand in fashionable packaging.
