Roasted salty hazelnuts jar

Piedmont, native land of Piedmont PGI Hazelnuts, is a region with five Unesco sites among which the area of Langhe-Roero and Monferrato. That clearly shows how man wisely melt with this land, keeping its geo-morpholgical features intact. Before our hazelnuts are roasted, then sprinkled with salt and put in a jar. A simple recipe, but with an unmistakable taste.
