The unique taste of our Sweet Truffle encounters a crisp, crumbly consistency with the characteristic flavour of the slightly bitter biscuit commonly know by the name of macaroon.
The combination creates an alternative, new recipe which increases the variety of our product range.

TARTUFO CON AMARETTI
We combine the bitter chocolate with amaretto and almond grain which gives it crunchyness and the typical taste of bitter almond.
With this truffle we enhance the flavour of one of Piedmont most typical desserts.
