The instant success of our Sweet Truffle, the original, has encouraged our pastry chefs of that time to immediately create an alternative, the first of many others. They have substituted the dark chocolate with the white one making a new, exquisite mixture able to increase the unique aroma of our homeland Hazelnuts. Our delicious Sweet White truffle was born from this simple intuition.

This was the first variation of Classic Tartufo dolce “the Original”.
The taste of roasted hazelnuts paste prevails on white chocolate, a distinct hazelnuts flavour.
The addition of hazelnuts grain gives a crunchy note at the end of the tasting.
