The timeframes for preparing torrone change according to the seasons and the raw ingredients. Everything happens as in the olden days, through manual bain-marie process, slow cooking and patient waiting under the supervision of our experts and trusted collaborators.
For the Truffles as well the preparation of the dough is fundamental, which will have to rest for an entire night before carrying on with the process. We shape and cut the Sweet Truffles one by one.
